What counts as a transaction?
Any logged buy, sell, trade, or card added to inventory. Editing, deleting, exporting, drafting deals, or eBay lookups don't count. A 10-card lot buy = 1 transaction.
What happens at my transaction limit?
You'll see an upgrade prompt. All existing data stays safe β€” you can still view, export, and use all read features until you upgrade or your counter resets next month.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
Yes β€” your card is charged on day 31. You'll get an email reminder before the charge. Cancel anytime before day 31 and you won't be charged anything.
What's the difference between billing periods?
Monthly is the most flexible. Quarterly saves 5%, semi-annual saves 10%, and annual saves 20%. You're charged upfront for longer periods. All include the same 30-day free trial.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is never deleted. Your account goes read-only β€” view and export everything anytime. Resubscribe whenever and pick up right where you left off.
What is the Founding Member discount?
The first 100 subscribers get 20% off their plan forever β€” permanently locked in, never expires, even if prices increase. Once 100 spots are claimed, the offer closes.
Is there a referral program?
Yes β€” earn $5 credit per referral, up to 2 per month ($10 max). Credits apply to your next invoice automatically.
How does Sheet Org billing work?
Sheet Org is seat-based β€” each person (manager or buyer) in your org is one seat. Seats 1–10 are $20/seat/month, seats 11–50 drop to $12/seat, and seats 51–100 are $8/seat. Billing updates automatically as your team grows. Sheet Org has its own separate account and billing from the dealer plans.
Can I run a dealer account and a Sheet Org?
Yes β€” they are separate products with separate logins and billing. Your dealer account lets you manage your personal inventory and deals. Your Sheet Org account lets you run a buying operation with buyers and managers underneath you.
